Tory Gardner
owner & Stylist
Tory has been a passionate hair artist since 2013, with a strong focus on precision cutting and a love for creating a wide range of customized color services. She values building genuine connections with her clients and believes the salon experience should feel welcoming, comfortable, and personal. Outside of the salon, you’ll often find Tory spending time in nature with her family—hiking or camping—or enjoying a good coffee while plant shopping with a friend.

Meet Kim
Kim is Gardner Hair Collective’s Apprentice Stylist and is currently completing our in-house training program, where she receives hands-on mentorship and advanced education in cutting, color, and guest care.
She’s passionate about creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair while making every guest feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
Kim is currently welcoming new guests with Apprentice Pricing, offering an opportunity to experience the personalized service and quality Gardner Hair Collective is known for at a special introductory investment.

Hi! I’m Michele Zraik, former co-owner of The Crimping tree. I’ve been a hair stylist since 1982 and I still love my job! My favorite thing about it is the people connection- building relationships with my clients while helping them find their best look.
I’m a wife to my husband Mike, mom to two grown married children and ‘MiMi’ to four, all of whom are my world. When I’m not working, I love to camp, boat, fish, craft and play games. And my Kindle is never far from my side.

Let me introduce myself, I’m Michele Leslie, former co-owner of Crimping Tree. I have been behind the chair since 1977 (do the math, it’s a long time). Over the years, my clients have become like family to me. We’ve shared in the joys, triumphs, and trials in our lives while working together to create a style that they love and feel comfortable in.
Outside of work, my husband Kevin and I love travelling to spend time with our adult children and the grandchildren. At home I enjoy quilting, hanging out with my dogs and spending time with family and friends.
